Portal accounts
Who can sign in, and which portals they see. Creating an account emails a set-password link; access toggles land on the account's next sign-in or token refresh (within an hour).

Unticking a portal shuts that door for the account; an account with nothing ticked can sign in but reach nothing. Absent settings mean full access, so existing accounts are unaffected until you change them.
